History
After Yamada was cared for by Tachibana and Kurokawa, he now has to be cared for by Yamaguchi, a very aggressive and vulgar ex-delinquent nurse who will physically torture the poor shota with very strange toys.
Yamada tries to escape from his new nurse but while doing so he is discovered by her. Finding out what he was doing, he takes him into a room to extract his cum from him.

The woman tells him that she is afraid that he will find out her true personality, that is, that she will know that she is a very aggressive and vulgar person. When she finishes speaking, Yamada hugs her and tells her not to worry about her, as her bad behavior can be fixed with time, and advises her to start by treating other people kindly. When she hears those words she gets upset, she hits him repeatedly and tells him that he is not one to lecture her. She then rapes him and shocks his testicles with her taser.
The ends with Nurse Ootsuka telling Dr. Amamiya about Yamada's medical report. According to this report, the protagonist is not healing his hands but quite the opposite, something that makes Amamiya very happy since her nurses did a good job, which is to take care of him poorly on purpose.
